Thermos Foogo Review

3 Apr

Assalamualaikum wbt

For those yang ada baby and travel a lot, I believe one of the sought item yang on top of the list is heat retention container kan. Same here. Even though we don’t travel selalu but once nak travel, everything nak kene ada for the sake of the baby’s comfort-ability  So, having Wish pon still rasa not spacious enough for us yang ada Aisyah Humaira ni. Belum lagi ada 2 3 anak. So I would like to review on Foogo (by Thermos). Bought this container at LittleWhiz (Setia Alam). RM70 if I’m not mistaken. Would rate it 1/5 -obviously disgruntled.

1/ Unlike Thermocafe (for hot water tu), Foogo ni boleh retain heat for 4 hours jek???? I am expecting it will last at least 1 day considering of heat loss between liquid and solid principle (forget about the principle). Briefly heat will lost faster in solid food compared to liquid (for further understanding please read any journal about Food Process Engineering…haaa ingat engineer jek ke study engineering, we all Food Technologist pon ade engineering tau…joke)

2/ Availability of spoon is omitted. I always forgot to bring along spoon thus I need container with spoon. Thermos got another type of container yang ade provide spoon compartment and spoon together. But the one yang I beli ni none. So if you wanna buy one, please consider yang ade spoon compartment.

3/ Too small. Boleh contain one time meal je. What a waste.

4/ Smelly rubber part. Ade one time tu I forgot to wash the container and leave it overnight. Got porridge inside.  So the next day baru basuh and it leaves fusty and trite odour. Sampai sekarang okay, no matter how long I wash and sterilize it, it still smell.

5/ Hollow part. Got hollow part yang hard to reach and difficult to wash.

Water is still hot on the third day.
